Returns are the customer's responsibility. If you are not satisfied and would like a refund for your purchase, don't worry. You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your product. Send an email to hello@dansi.es indicating your order number and the reason for your return, and we will contact you. Remember! All products you return must be in perfect condition with their original packaging. - EXCHANGES - You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To exchange your product, you must make a return and place a new order.
