Terms and conditions:

• You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.
• For size exchanges, please contact us at the address indicated above.
• BLACK FRIDAY: We've extended the deadline to January 10, 2026.

Return costs:

• Spain and Portugal : Returns are FREE.
• Rest of Europe : The return shipping cost is €15 , which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Important note:

For orders of 3 or more pairs , the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, regardless of the country.
For orders of less than 3 pairs , return shipping remains FREE in Spain and Portugal .

PROMOTIONAL RETURNS:

SAMPLE MARKET has a return cost of €9 to be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse and confirm that everything is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method used in your purchase.
